- Being a teenager or an adolescent

Being a teenager or an adolescent can be a challenging and problematic time for you and your families.
Teenagers are often moody and sometimes very sensitive.
You might occasionally feel tearful and argumentative.
But teenagers are also usually creative, dynamic and sociable.

You might feel exhausted. Your parents may sometimes say you are lazy and selfish.
Don't worry! This is normal in your teens.
You need plenty of sleep and a good diet because your body is growing and changing very fast. It is important to talk to your parents about these changes in your body and personality
